BSUIN project: how Service Design is used in creating service concepts for ULs

OUAS Service Design team has been facilitating workshops in the Baltic Sea Underground Innovation Network Underground Laboratories.

The aim of the activity WP3.2 has been to create a service concept of a new or improved service for each UL.
