EGU2020: Sharing Geoscience Online
The European Geoscience Union General Assembly 2020 was this year converted into EGU2020: Sharing Geoscience Online (#shareEGU20). The online program was held from 4th to 8th of May with inter- and transdisciplinary sessions, disciplinary sessions, Union symposia, and great debates. Short courses and other events took place in different formats.
The Baltic Sea Underground Innovation Network was also present at the #shareEGU20 with presentations in two different sessions: “GI5.7. Multidisciplinary underground laboratories and test sites – what makes them tick?” organized and convened by the BSUIN team members, and “GI1.2. COST Actions in Geosciences: breakthrough ideas, research activities and results”.
Into the session of G5.7. Multidisciplinary underground laboratories and test sites – what makes them tick? more than 20 abstracts were accepted and in total 17 presentations were kept as online displays.
Although the online part of #shareEGU20 has now ended commenting on the online presentations and sending posts to the authors through the online platform is open until the end of May 2020. See links below for the two aforementioned sessions
