BSUIN participated in EUSBSR

BSUIN participated in EUSBSR

BSUIN project partner Tallinn University of Technology participated in EUSBSR 9th Annual Forum in Tallinn.

EUSBSR is EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. It is an agreement between the Member States of the EU and the European Commission to strengthen cooperation between the countries bordering the Baltic Sea.

The main theme in 9th Forum was the Baltic Sea Region After 2020, i.e implementation of the EUSBSR in the framework of the future EU Cohesion Policy, also current state of Baltic Sea ecosystem and how to advance the Region as global digital Hub. In the event participated around 800 participants from governments, universities, NGO-s etc.

In the event disseminated info and flyers about BSUIN project future possibilities and considering future collaboration with Baltic University Programme (BUP), who develops educational cooperation between universities around the Baltic Sea in the topics of sustainable development, environmental protection, and democracy.
