International research group in Pyhäjärvi starting a new collaboration

The Baltic Sea Underground Innovation Network (BSUIN) project aims to develop the service offerings of Baltic Sea Region’s underground laboratories in order to develop capabilities to offer their infrastructures for business development and new innovation.

Callio Lab in Pyhäsalmi mine (Finland) is one of the six underground laboratories that wants to create a network in the Baltic Sea Region to enhance new possibilities for the usage of underground facilities.

Researchers from eight Baltic Sea countries had the kick-off meeting of the BSUIN project in Oulu and in Pyhäjärvi in September 2017.
